    I'm on my 92nd day.... and to be honest.... I too don't believe I'm feeling a massive difference.

    However, what I do know for sure is that I'm very happy the negatives are gone.

    When fapping I would feel insecure, not willing to try romantic relationships, have less confidence, and generally not like myself as much.

    Now, those feelings aren't there. I know I have a long way to go but I feel confident enough to go on a date with someone and feel "worthy" of being with them. I don't feel cheap or lesser than because my addiction.

    I am 32 years of age though (been addicted to fapping to porn/fapping without porn since maybe the age of 15) so... maybe this will take longer for me to experience stronger changes in my day-to-day life from NoFAp.

    Everyone is different, recovery time differs from person to person. Keep going, stay patient and make sure you what you do on a daily basis is healthy, for example, listening to music for long hours, playing video games and social media won't clear your mind, instead take on healthy activities like meditating and reading books. Also, keep yourself busy, don't overthink, don't even think about your failures in the past, keep your mind away from things that stress you or gives you anxiety.
