Today I will not use porn because

It causes me to isolate myself from the people who love me

 

Today I will not use porn because I have made that choice some time ago. So every day I can stick to my decision is a battle won.

Today despite desires to watch and masturbate i will refrain in order to teach myself that it's fine to deal with anxiety and sit through feelings that are tough.

 

Today I will not use porn because you have to let go of the things that aren’t you, no matter how familiar you think they are.

 

Today I wont use porn because it lowers life in so many ways.

 

I'd say it's a much higher chance it will, I''d say kinda like 100% chance your life will get better without P.
So I do this as a part of bettering my whole life and also try to get closer to God and I don't know what are all of your reasons but I think you could probably expect, alot more free time to spend learning new skills, meeting friends, making new friends, better confidence, like in a conflict or while falling in love, it will be easier to stand up for yourself and also for others..

 

Today I will not use porn because I relapsed a lot last week and it didn't make me happy.
