Hi guys, I'm in a bit of a dilemma right now. It has been past my 90 days and I have had trouble sleeping throughout the whole reboot. Last night was one of the nights which I couldn't sleep in, and this morning, I'm not sure if I had a wet dream or not. I started trying to sleep at around 4 AM and had a thought/dream (I don't know) about going to a porn site and watching a video. The thing is, I couldn't really control this and I started to consciously feel my dick going hard. I woke up before I could cum and washed myself up. Are these my conscious thoughts or is it my wet dream?

Sounds like wet dream. Now, beware of the chaser effect so make sure you do not relapse in the next week to continue your streak.

Not being able to sleep can be really tough for some of NoFap-ers, including me. You should try to meditate to help you clear your head from all those negative/sexy thoughts.

    Stay strong.

Yo, I have had trouble sleeping for almost 4 years now mostly because I think about things way too much (neuroticism and all that jazz). But recently I learned this technique which helps me relax greatly and fall asleep faster. It goes like this: you breathe in through your nose but you use your diaphragm to breathe (to learn how to breathe that way is to put softly your palms on your stomach and breathe in such a way that your stomach pushes onto your palms. It takes a fair amount of practise but it helps you breathe deeper thus relax more). So again: you breathe in deeply through your nose, hold your breath for a sec and then exhale through your mouth. Then you repeat it. If you have lots of thoughts running trough your head say to yourself softly and not in annyoed way: 'I don't think' and visualise your thoughts going out of your body with your exhale.
