It is not easy for quitting a habit that you have built for years. I think your problem is you spending most of your time alone. It is better to spend more time with others. And if you want to break a bad habit, you have to find a new good habit for replacing. For me: I try to get out as much as possible, make new friends, jogging, .... More importantly, pornography are seen everywhere around us, on Facebook, youtube, Newspaper, TV, Street signs, ... Everytime you see it, just make sure that you get it off your mind right away. Don't think bad about yourself and keep moving forward bro.
The urge will always be there. Once we can abstain, we can break out of the habit and then have new habits so we never get back into the fapping cycle again. Day 1 done. On to day 2.
