Again relapsed today. I am trying to achieve just 7 days and my efforts are not making up. I can't conquer my mind. Fully depressed.
a relapse/fail wont make you a failure. try to figure out why you relapsed. what were the triggers? delete them out of your life. for me these had huge effect: deleting almost all social media on my phone, eating clean, doing sports, meet friends.
Don't lose faith in yourself dude! Those who try will win .As in all addictions there is always an underlying issue that takes you to PM. Addiction is due to lack of connection and understanding between yourself and others. There is a need unmet in you and addiction is the wrong answer to that! Think and dig deeply in yourself your lifestyle your relationship your past life to see what is missing? What is hidden deep inside that causes this to occur. If you figure out what the problem is then you can solve the problem and then you do not need PM anymore ! For me it was ignoring and not paying attention to my emotional needs . SiNA
