Day 4

 

14/90. I don't remember so long streak

 

Day 11 - spent the day trekking to Kalpeshwari temple - one of the Panch kedars and spent the night with sadhus. Memorable experience!

Day 12 - spent the day in pandukeshwar and meditated in the yoga Badri temple and Kuber Bhandari shrine - powerful places!

Day 13 - came back to Srinagar and visited Dhari Devi shrine - probable will rest for the rest of day

I feel great again, cause I did everything I could, to prevent mistakes in the future.

This guy really motivated me.
Look at him at the beginning of NoFap and 7 months later.
