Day 5/7. Fell violently I'll with food poisoning last night which made it easier. I suppose I ought to be grateful :'-(

Day 3/7. Almost relapsed this morning, but came here instead. I actually did start/stop and pre-cum came out. Annoying, but I got this.

 

Made it a week and then relapsed. Here I am again.

Day 3 down and I'm starting to feel pretty motivated in most things

 

Day 3.

 

Day 1 had sex over the weekend. I'd feel guilty but when its on offer.

Def nothing wrong with that in my opinion! As long as it’s not porn induced MO!

 

Completed a 30 min. walk today which helped tremendously. Tomorrow morning will be 1 of 7.
