2 weeks in and damn my legs are restless at night. Feels like my feet and legs want to crawl out of their skin. Getting all hyper and stuff when my mind wants to sleep. Any ideas what to do?
Hmm, I get the same thing actually. I have tons of energy at sleep time now and am having a hard time getting up in the morning. On my first long streak I was drinking chamomile tea at bedtime and that actually helped tons. I need to pick up some more.
I think jogging more would help. maybe stretching at night after dinner. Last 2 nights it has gotten worse. Not tempted to PMO though, thankfully, as a way to relieve that tightness which I have done in the past.
chamomile tea? ok I'll try that. Been trying to get in the habit of a glass of red wine at dinner too.
