What i usually do is treat myself really well. Do whatever makes you happy at the moment(except for PMO obviously) Eating something good, goiing out, sleeping as much as you like. Go easy on yourself during this phase. Cold showers improve your mood as well. Try to pass this stage with all you got because after that it gets easier and you will definitely feel you made the right choice
hey, I've never heard of k9 or norton family. I'm assuming its like a blocking program for open on phones and laptops? That's crazy that you had 50 things you wrote down, I recently wrote down my triggers and I'm adding to it but I should read them every night like you read them everyday! I think that's a great idea to keep me on track to no pmo! Cheers for the success you've shared with us, keep it up bro!!
