    It would be cool if they made a watch that gave you an electronic shock whenever you touch your dick, but in the meantime you can just use a normal watch.

    Get a nice watch or one with sentimental value and wear it on your fapping hand
    never take it off and it will prevent you from fapping. Trust me.
