Missed a couple of days, but I made it to day 6. In the past, when i have tried t do this type of challenge it got harder after the first week. I'm not that good at real impulse control.. That's something I will need to work on, but I have faith that I can make this work.
Day 5: The urges are creeping up. But I'm certain I'll make day 7. Fingers crossed I keep it up after that.
11/30 In the morning I was at school , in the afternoons home, at night i studied .And afterwards watched some science show on youtube. Going to bed now.
I'm ready to go. Day 0/30. Got relapsed after 14 days. Starting back again. Will never ever ever give up . Its not over until i win.
Day 0 Again. How easy it is to give into M&O with a little but of stress in your life. Gotta learn to manage my stress better without giving myself bullshit excuses and falling back into old habits.
