Day 1 of rebooting
Fallen back into old ways. Split up with a girl I was seeing for a few months and that has resulted in going back to porn. While I watch it, I don't even enjoy it!
Doing something that is bad for me and I don't even enjoy - crazy eh?

Day 29 and 30 done. I cant actually believe I've made it to 30 i'm ecstatic never thought id make it this far.

 

Day 7, one week with no PMO! Only approximately 12 more weeks to go!

 

Just made an awesome (for me) 31 day streak, but fell again this afternoon. Unfortunate, but means I can start this challenge! Day 0/90...

Surely, it depends what your goal is. I understand the temptation and how a person could convince themselves it doesn't count, but it's just another way of short-cutting to O. Isn't the point that we'd all rather have a real, healthy and stable relationship that fulfils our needs?
