Hi guys! Today I feel so guilty about myself, because I PMO'd 2 times after 23 days of Hard mode. I was at home alone and the urge came so fast... so I wasn't able to controll it... Some advice? Thanks you all!
Work on that failure. If being alone is one of your triggers try avoiding it as much as you can. Don't stay alone.
