1. Understand that you will heavily regret the relapse. As I'm writing this now, I wish I didn't relapse last time; this is to my future self!
2. Understand that your confidence will disappear when you relapse.

4. You will feel less motivated to do stuff.
5. You'll create a bloody mess!
6. You'll start to feel depressed. Maybe not straight after the relapse, but maybe a few hours later.
7. Understand that your addicted side of your brain wants you to relapse, not your sane self.
8. You promised yourself you'll reach your goal this time.
9. You said that you'll never relapse again.
10. Understand that you are doing this to cure your anxiety.
11. You have walked out of the room you're in and had a stroll outside, or even just around the house.
12. Emptied your bladder as this can contribute to urges.
13. You have used the panic button
14. Understand that viewing or listening to provocative material is just as bad as porn and has severe mental effects; not good if you want good grades in school!
15. Understand that relapsing because of depression will make you feel even worse than you initially did.
16. Understand that binging will make you feel worse.
17. Understand you'll get loads of brain fog once you relapse.
18. Understand that viewing provocative material will lead to relapse and not make the urges better.
19. Understand that if you feel unmotivated with NoFap, the moment you relapse you'll feel instant regret.

I may add to this list if I feel I need to for whatever reason.
