    Hi Heybro,
    it's good that you're sharing and recognizing your challenges. If you read this forum you'll see that a lot of guys got into weird porn and sexual fantasies because of too much pmo. If you follow the program this will go away and you'll start to crave normal intimacy and sex again.
    So, my advice to you is to just accept whatever you are feeling now and start nofap. Do your 90 days and see what changes for you.

    Not sure that's much of a "confession"... if that's what you're into, then you're basically just indulging in a fantasy. On here, in front of the rest of us who are trying to get rid of thoughts we want to be done with. Just my two cents, but I don't think you're helping yourself, and you're certainly not helping me as someone who stumbled onto your thread out of curiosity. (How many of us got into this crap from "curiosity"?)

    If you want to be done with that kind of thinking - if you REALLY want to, not just as part of your fantasy - then get rid of it. Don't think of it like that. It's not someone else being in control of your body, it's YOU taking control of your mind and body.

    Hi Heybro. I think trying to sort out your fantasy is going to lead you all the way to PMO. I suggest simply taking up some form of being mindful. Each time the urge to fantasize about nofap academy or whatever shows up, return your attention to your breath, or any single point of focus of your choice. This is a slow but sure method of watching that your fantasy is simply a habit energy. The longer and more intense the habit, the more real and natural the fantasy feels. But if you return your attention to your breath when the fantasy starts up, you will start to notice that the fantasy is not you, and that there is no reality to it. A week down the line it will get a lot easier to drop it. Cheers, and best of luck in your nofap and other goals.
