For the first time in my PMO recovery journey, I reached 30 days. In the past, I have managed streaks of a week and three weeks at times. This time, I achieved a month. I learned a lot about being vulnerable and how shaming thoughts affect me. I had someone external providing support as well. I have experienced the flatline for the entire time The benefits I have experienced: Improved concentration Decreased anxiety Increased awareness of my inner state Increased motivation to go to the gym Change in diet Improved work ethic Increased ability to learn Anyway, I’m proud of my achievement and wanted to share it

This is great inspiration for me, as I work myself toward 30. I'm on my way! I am experiencing some of the benefits that you've listed as well. Isn't it funny how your diet has changed as a result? Great job!
Cheers @ChickenWaiver The benefits are worth it. The diet change surprised me but I feel good about it. The weight loss as a result was worth it
I'm noticing some weight loss, too! But it is partially because I am making some other changes in my life as well. It's nice to see the scale slowly creep down... Keep up the good work!
