Hi everyone, I am back looking for support

I have to start all over again, I stuffed up badly the last few months but I have to be strong and do everything I can to stop. I believe coming here everyday and posting or reading everything here will def help me. I keep restarting and I dont want to anymore, I will stop i have to stop and it will start now. Just looking for more support because it really is hard to stop on your own Im unhappy that I kept going back and restarting and I just want it to stop, so this is a promise from this day on I will not go back to porn because it has ruined my life, this has to be a new life for me and it starts with stopping my addiction. I will do everything I can to stop!

Ya it's really hard to stop any addiction alone man. Glad you are reaching out somewhere for support. Online support forums like right here and yourbrainrebalanced.com are awesome e-supports. Family and friends are great too if you can confide in them about this. Also there's coaching services out there like Mark Queppet's SSP. And of course nofapacademy.com.
