Ok guys .I wanted to share my progress on meditation.
Im meditating 1 hour a day.Its day 12 and just finished todays 1 hour.Today my experienced is completely changed .I think I learned what means to be in the now.I realized that Im sitting in a room ,nothings happening ,after that my inner chatter stopped talking.I really experienced a clear mind.I think If someone manages to get past some decent hours on meditating this becomes a normal thing in life. What happens If your inner chatter stops, think about that. With meditating we free our mind from the past and the future. It is our main problem ,our mind needs constant stimulation and we need to train our mind to tolerate being free of stimulus.I was worried and anxtious before my meditation today and now I feel very relaxed, almost too relaxed.
Ok these are my quick thoughts on meditation. My goal is 200 hours.
    Thanks

That is alot of meditation! I try to meditate for at least 15 minutes once a day. Sometimes I'm very busy with work, relationships, and responsibilities so that is all I can manage. But in the past I have meditated a half hour in the morning and at night.

Your mini wall of text post contains some really great insight into being in the present moment and calming the mind.
