Willpower extinguishes after 3 days

You cant. That willpower or whatever you call it is just one of the withdrawn symptom so it will pass like others. For me only way to get pass those times was internet blockers. I am day 21 and allready feeling more stable and normal. No headches, no anxiety, no mood changes etc. Its worth it, but first 14 days is hell. Good luck going throught that.

 

When I started I've found an idol. Everytime when I am about relapse etc. I just say to myself "what would my idol do" and this gives me back my willpower.

 

I for one believe in will power to an extent. It's like an emergency backpack or spare tire. However, yes, it does wear out from my experience. I find when my urges get very strong that I just need to detach from my laptop. Just get away. Don't think, just go somewhere else. Gym, Target, movies, whatever. Hell, I should take my own advice huh! Hope this helps.

 

I know exactly what you feel like. Day 2 and 3 were always the toughest. Try to think why you want to quit P and M when you feel like you want to relapse. I would also recommened you to be busy during those days, it might not be possible for you since I don't know anything about you, but for me it helps to keep the thoughts away from P and M.

 

You can make it bro. Many have been where you are inc me, but its time you gotta say no to your urges. They dont control me or you.
