I have a porn addiction and i wanna quit!

    Hello all my fellow warriors! I have been trying to quit pmo for some time now. ( like 6 mounths). Every last day of the week or so, i get this huge urge of watch pmo by curious look at new pornstars and by that time has gone i have already forgott my selfe and my goals. Im a higly sensitive person also and my overstimulations is hard to deal with. ( pmo has a strong controll over me here). I have accomplished 13 days max. Last time i did it was yesterday so i kinda feel like shit today.. im thinking of getting a mobile device that has no internet access so i dont get to porn that easy. I have k9 Web protection on my computer. I hope i can get some help here and i hope i can hel you guys.

    Welcome Markus123! Good luck on your journey. I have been trying to quit masterbation for a year now, and relapsing, my longest streak of no pmo was 20 days. Now Im starting again and this time I will keep a journal and try to get aid from the community.

    The counter of days below is wrong and I dont know how to reset it. Im really ob day one. Wish it was 295 days! :D
