NoFap Community Thread - Join and Post Updates and Advice Here!

Hello, what is up guys? I am creating a NoFap community here. The aims for this community are for us to stop PMO by supporting each other here, giving updates, encouraging others in the community and posting advice. The fact that this is a small community and we share updates, experiences and advice helps us to understand that there is hope, we're not alone and we can help each other!

So the way this works is you join the community by making a post here stating how long you have been so far without PMO and give other info or advice that you may want to share. Subscribe to the forum thread so you get updated on other people's encouragement, experiences and advice. Hopefully we will inspire each other through our advice, experience and knowledge. You can post updates when you choose to do so such as passing a one week/month/year goal and advice, or when you're feeling depressed and hopeless, don't forget to read others' posts and post yourself!

If anyone would like to join this community to get encouragement, advice or to share your own experiences, please reply to this topic mentioning that you would like to join and you can reply with updates, advice, etc later. If people feel that this would be helpful, I would be willing to start a Reddit community or forum community. The reason why I want to do this, is because I feel a small community where everyone knows others can be helpful. Good luck!
