Hello guys. These days I'm reaching my best scores but there is an important problem.I resisted 10-12 days twice without reset but the end of these periods despite my very willingness not to reset and even though I've seen the positive effects in my life, suddenly i felt like rabid dogs, really lost my consciousness and fapped again.I read various advices but none of them can help me to get rid of this shit.I want to reach more days without reset and waiting your advices or comments to motivate me :(

Bro, I have been in those shoes but the important thing is ,when you went back to fapping, you realized your mistake. So, i would say that you are still conscious and aware of the fact that it is not in your best interest to engage in PMO. Also, set short term goals for yourself when overcoming porn addiction as it is not easy to overcome the beast in the first or second attempt, having said that , it is not impossible either. My recipe to avoid pmo is to watch motivational videos when i get the urge OR take a cold shower OR workout (even in the middle of the night). Also, as ET ( Eric Thomas) says, "your WHY needs to be clear, Why am i abstaining from porn masturbation and orgasm, what will happen if i keep masturbating ? OR How my life would look like in the next 2 years or 4 years, if i continue to masturbate ?). When you have that urge, think about the hard work, dedication and time you invested in your endeavour. It is important for you to understand what leads you to PMO or IDENTIFY YOUR TRIGGERS. For instance, i get the urge when i am stressed and really tired and this calls for a cold shower , post which , i would do push ups ( BTW i am able to concentrate on my sit ups and push ups after a cold bath). I hope this helps you. So, stay strong and lets overcome this beast together and make our lives better.
