relapsed so many times in last one week, don't even remember :(
I always delete porn after downloading it during fapping in an effort that this was the last time.
I'v been in this vicious circle for last 5 years :(
I have deleted it again. (Not immediately thought, but it takes me 2-3 hours every time that this is wrong.)
I'm not giving up. I'll come out of it.

PS: i'd be obliged if anyone can help me as i have this issue that i'm alone most of the time as i'm preparing for a competitive exam and i can't go out to hang out with people and stuff like that. if anyone has recovered from this thing, being alone then please do let me know.

    Hey there.
I've been alone most of the times during urges and I've found a way to deal with it. It might sound quite simple but it's definitely effective. Nofap emergency button. It's there for a reason. Try to use it.
Learning about the side-effects of masturbation and the benefits of semen retention can really help and keep you motivated during hard times when the urge to PMO emerge. You can find an article "why nofap is important" in my posts, reading it will definitely give you a lot of insights. We've been told that masturbation is healthy and we can do it without any consequences. But new findings are proving the otherwise. Please check this websites : https://guardyoureyes.com/first-time

These websites will let you educate yourself as much as possible. Education matters a lot in nofap. Don't ever underestimate it and make sure you spend time on a daily basis to read stuff about PMO.
Now that you know how to gain information about the mechanism of PMO let's talk about the ways that you can conquer this addiction even if you live alone!
First of all realize that this addiction wasn't shaped overnight and can't be disappeared instantly either. I'm 23 days clean and still urges come out of the blue. It takes time to leave this addiction. Don't be too hard on yourself!

Writing down daily journals can really help. Try to make a daily journal on this website. Not only you help others with your experiences but also they encourage you with their kind and supportive responses.

Daily meditation: This is powerful tool that you can use to gain power over your mind and thoughts. Of course not instantly but daily meditation benefits are a lot more than what you think! Mornings right after waking up and brushing your teeth is the best time to do this. And nights before bed is the worst time. Meditation is not a sleeping pill that you take before bed time. make sure you do it in the morning, so you start your day in the best way possible.

Running or exercising and cold showers:
Urges will disappear if you don't act as soon as they appear. At first it's hard not to do so, that is why you need to do some sort of things in order to survive them. daily exercise and running is really good. It'll help you to stay in shape and it'll kill any urge. Cold showers are another great tool for killing urges right in the spot.

    Talking to your mother:
Try to talk to her everyday. talk to her on the phone about silly stuff. how you spent your day, your daily routine. It doesn't really matter, but talk to her. Not only she will enjoy hearing your voice but also it'll help you in many ways beyond your imagination. Communication is the opposite of addiction. You might not be able to go out with friends and stuff like that but you can call your mother or anyone important in your life and talk to them. Spending time alone is EASY but it's never HEALTHY!

hope this helps! If you have any questions feel free to ask.
    Good luck mate.
