was on a good 16 Day streak! and lost it... indulged in M and O. but no P. so still keeping that as a consolation. Starting from Day0 0/21
Day 5 completed. Day 6 now. I think masturbation is not a solution at all ! For me it is just a temporary relief but i need a permanent solution.
