    Greetings..I have never had so much regret in my life. PMO is becoming a problem for me and it's time I got help. Found the perfect girl and my addiction drove a wedge between us. I'm currently on a mission to get her back but I have to fix myself to ensure she doesn't get hurt again. I've been trying to help myself but I always get back to square one..a YouTube video led me to this site and am hoping it works

    Thanks for the welcome really appreciate it... you're right have to think about the future now. I will try to stay the course of recovery because I think PMO single handedly took some of my best qualities and it's time I got them back ..
