Day 1: I am already on Day 11 of the 14 Day Challenge. So I decided to sign up for a bigger challenge before the older one was done. I think this will help with an easy transition.
So the 21 days challenge has been done. Can't say it was easy but I have to make it to 30 days. Relapsed yesterday and today I will start my new journey! 0/30
Day 4 completed. Yeah, that's what this familiar voice is trying to tell you. It wants to protect you, it makes you comfortable. But that voice is not your friend. If you have seen Lord of the Rings, it's is like Snaketongue, poisoning you with every word, distorting reality until you cannot see clear anymore. First thing you need to do is to become aware of that voice. Because we have grown up with it, the voice is automatic and we don't even realise it. But once you become aware of the thoughts that the voice presents you, you can start to reflect on those thoughts. You realise that these are just thoughts you are having, but they don't define you. Then you are able to reject those thoughts. Again, I can not stress how important Mindfulness Meditation is for this ability. I can do it, others have done it - you can do it, too! You only need to work for it. It is a skills that needs to be practiced Goog luck!
Day 7/30 Late to post day 6 because yesterday has been a busy day. Thank God I manage that today. Let's go.
