Plan your days so you dont have access to porn or make it more dificult. Reward your self. Other thing you can do is to list on paper situation inwitch you fab. What leads to those situations. It is very similar to junk-food eating or spending to much $$. Take a small notebook and write everytime you fab. A day and hour. Every time you are about to fab go to this notebook. It works with controling ur $$, it works with controling eating. It will work with fabing, just try! fingers crossed for you!
Thanks man. Setting up shorter goals is exactly what I'm doing. Now I'm shooting for a week of no PMO then switching to no PM. I'm working on cultivating positive morning habits, self talk, and trying not to compulsively look on my phone.
