My objective has been reached :D!

Hello there! I'm really happy to announce that I've stopped masturbating for 31 days! Before this, I started to exagerate with this nasty habit so I decided to quit it for a month. I did this because I considered that I'd started to have some kind of addiction for porn, a thing which was annoying me. I've also had several time when I tried to stop before NoFap, but I couldn't abstain for more than 1-2 weeks. Anyway, I can say that I'm really proud and satisfied of myself. I've been able to avoid porn and other things like that for a full month and I realised that masturbation wasn't a problem for me at all. I wasn't "overfapping" and also it didn't really affect my social life at all ( I'm exactly the same sociable, active and positive guy like before ), so fapping wasn't a real trouble for a 16 year old guy like me. But the idea of abstaining was to see if I'm really able to get rid of this habit for a longer period and if I'm able to achieve my objectives. Thank you again NoFap community for helping me prove to myself that I'm really able to achieve my goals if I really want ( whatever they are ). I wish the best for everyone who was or is in a way worse situation than mine. Thank you!

 

Thank you so much for the positive comments, guys. Sorry I haven't been able to respond them before. Well, as a future objective, maybe I'm gonna do a NoFap session again when I'll feel it would be again necessary, but for now I'm just gonna pay attention on studies as I usually do because it's school period. So what can I say, wish all you the best !
