Day 3. Had a hectic but challenging day. Had some moderate urges during the evening but was able to bring things under control.

Day 0. Trying to get back into this NoFap thing.

 

I'm starting to feel some urges, I had to resist the temptation to M a couple of times today... but I'm managing to keep going for now

Day 3 still hard but getting better. Poem addiction is like playing a video game backwards, starting on the hardest level and keep going towards the easiest level

Day 5 for me. I feel like 7 days is within my grasp.

 

Day 5/7. It's really quite amazing how much more productive, powerful, centered, and in control I feel (whether I actually am is a matter of debate...) - and therefore the attitudinal changes and my outlook/approach toward life has already improved. So worth it!
