Hi fellow Nofappers The reason why i asked is because i just want to know the true meaning of sex and how it is really meant to be, especially after years of being falsely brain washed and mistaght by pornography, would it be ok/safe for me to do research on how sex and the anatomy on the male/female body really is through a little study and research ? not by porn of course. Or would you say it is a redzone and will possibly cause a relapse ? Please respond with constructive feedback if you can. Thanks Reboot positive
Up to you, depends on how much bigger you want to make your challenge! If you do go down that road, proceed with extreme caution, is all I can say. I picked up a book on cunnilingus (seemed like a good idea at the time), and managed to get maybe 1/3rd way through it, before I had to quit. Similarly, a magazine I occasionally read online always has articles along the lines of "five great positions you've never tried", etc. (usually with 'helpful' semi-pornographic illustrations, of course!) - needless to say, not exactly conducive to clarity and peace of mind, when you're already wrestling with urges.
That's exactly what i did and it worked great once i finally had a girl! i highly encourage you to do this, it is incredibly useful when it will be the time! I recommend you to read tao of sexology. Amazingly useful.
Fantasies are a real problem and are easy to fall into, I would recommend trying if you feel that it will be positive, only if you're committed to stop as soon as you see yourself getting aroused, this forum has been problematic with my triggers so becareful
