    Find a trusted friend and enable restrictions on your phone. Have them set the password for you and remember it so they can add recovery sites that you may want to read in the future.

    if it is smartphone...you have some browsers in android apps...which are adult content free...
    if it is laptop...download some softwares which are freely available on net..or you can change settings in google chrome....google it to do it
