I didnt realize what I was getting into haha. I really believed I could just stop no problem. Im on day 4 and last night I was tossing and turning. I just didnt want to sleep without my usual routine. Still made it. Ive got four years clean from substances so i figure if i apply the same program to this ill be good. Just not very pleasant haha.
