  1. I may just relapsed! but thats not gonna stop me from keep fighting! 2018 Here I go!!!! I've learn in this 2017 that porn is not my thing, its not good for us, its fake, its a waste of time! I dont want to have that feeling "I dont feel good or I feel like Im wasting my time" after every relapse! It time to start a new life! A new journey!

I've seen people paying trough a screen for pleasure! and I dont want to be like that in the future!

Maybe porn looked good in the beginning, years and years ago, when I didnt even have any idea about it and tough it was cool, and now I know what I can do to me, Thanks, but Porn and masturbation Hope NOT see you around in this 2018!

Now I know I wasted my time, and CANT do it anymore! So 2018! Here I go!!!! Time to reach my dreams!!!!

Happy New Year NoFap & Everyone!!!

I relapsed around 5 days ago but I am marking the first of january as my first day. 2018 is a new start for me as well and in the last 4 days I have bought a keyboard for music and have started to learn music; been regular to gym and have a plan to head there on every alternate day; currently working on my masters thesis and developing a new online course for a school.
So a lot to do and with well managed time and work I believe I will be more happy than to engage myself in PMO.
good luck bro..and pray for me as well.

Happy New Year! And best of luck with your recovery in 2018! I love that you're getting back on the wagon and not giving up. We have to learn from our mistakes and get stronger every time. Some pointers to help you start 2018 off right...

Find a hobby to keep you busy. Often the boredom is a huge trigger for a lot of us. The positive productivity from a healthy hobby like exercise, woodworking, or sports gives you momentum to keep you going forward with your recovery too.

Put as many barriers as possible between you and the addiction. If you need to get rid of some phone apps or television shows to do that, then make the choice to do that. If recovery means this much to you, you have to be wiling to do what it takes to beat it.

Find an accountability partner. This is key more than anything else. You have to open up to someone close to you and tell them. Family, friends, or religious officials make great accountability partners and can keep you moving forward.

These are just a few of the choices you need to make if you want to take this seriously and beat this addiction. Make the right choice and keep fighting ;)
