    I'm on day 3 since my last relapse, but I'm entering the challenge today, so day 0 for me.

    Let's do this! Wanna see my name in the hall of fame. I am married, though, so I can only commit to 7 days without porn and masturbation. Is it still okay to be on this challenge? (wife doesn't know about addiction or reboot)

    Extreme Urge today but i dus not watch pm feeling that i want to check to porn but on the other side
    i know will feel like a zombie of i check out go take a cold shower pray and then go downstairs to watch tv with the family. I am finish with this bad habit try to reboot my brain from that nasty shit.

    no one has become happy or rich by looking at Porn, that's why I can not spend my time on it
    I can do a lot more others things instead of Porn it upsets your brain.

    Day 2 completed without much troubles. Some fantasies and thoughts. But they were comforting fantasies of caring and loving. It did not mirror the artificial things I have seen on the internet.
