Leave ur addiction to porns, masturbation, sex just by deleting one line

    first thing I am not an addict to sex or masturbation . now I will tell you the reason behind it .


    about me- age 25 , sex- 3/4 times a month ,masturbation once , almost every day for last 6-8 months

    past - hadn't done sex / masturbation till I was 17 years old
    later I used to masturbate just 3-4 times a month when I was introduced to porn by a friend

    what is the reason I was never obsessed to sex????even I am not much religious person


    reason -lack of energy + time

    shocked ?


    explain - we have a lot f energy inside us .. but the most important thing is how we use it. so if u have a lot free time an energy ,you are going to use it in amoral way .how to use it in a way that will help you to get out of it ..


    make your priority table -what u love the most

    example list

    1 porn/sex/ masturbation


    2 drawing /painting /singing
    3 playing video games/watching movies /you tube /twitter /fb
    4 .......
    5...


    now you just have to delete your first priority and put it down in priority table


    how?


    1 add physical exercise in your daily routine (its really important )
    if you daily go to gym for one hour or play football /basketball/ swimming /jogging/yoga etc your desire for masturbation will surely decrease by 50-70%:confused:??

    its my personal experience .whenever I have quit from physical exercise my priority list has changed abruptly
    (first 15-20 days will be a little painful , u will found even a 60 year old is running faster than you , but don't give up. or u will see a skinny kid picking big Dumbbells . don't give up . u have to spend some time to get used to :) )

    2I forgot to add most important point == avoid fat or fried foods .. less fat= less wet dreams(I have nothing to prove it ,but excess of fatty foods have severe effects on sexual life u can search it on google easily ) also decrease your sugar consumption gradually not instantly .. add this in second place .

    add natural sweet ie vegetables/salad and fruits.

    + note - it doesn't mean to abstain from fat completely , try to avoid foods that r prepared by deep fry in oil

    u can add apple in place of sugar


    2 don't close yourself in your room . keep your doors open . better share ur room with younger brother or elder brother if you have any .

    3 whenever you go to toilet or bathroom don't go with ur mobiles . try to spend less time there , washrooms are not for playing games /browsing tweeter or watching porns

    4worrying - stop worrying about your past . because human body has a great self healing capacity .


    5 enable parental control in your antivirus


    6 spend more time on things that are on the 2nd or third place in your priority list ...

    7drop your suggestions . so that this could b made more effective

    note - if u are planning to join gym - I will advice you ,not to take any supplement at least for first 4-6 months , feel the pain .it will turn in joy later . I have spend about 4 years in gym (1-2 hors 6 days a week )it was the main cause that kept me away from porns/ masturbation and I have recovered from broken bones an severe ibs just by exercise .now I have taken a new challenge u can read that too..

    Good points man, thanks! I eat quite healthy but today I had a nice dose of fatty foods and drink and that definitely set off some alarms!

    sugar is as harmful as fats .so don't consume in excess , add natural sweets ie fruits .. have a great day bru

    many years ago an aurvedic doctor in our school had told us not consume ghee and fried foods ,because excess of it will b removed in the form of semen . so most f us had related it to nightfall ,. but today as I tried to search it .I have found something really interesting .actually excess of fat reduces the semen quantity and sperm counts and also decrease the sperm quality .

    in the second link there is pdf about some study . I haven't read it completely it could b helpful for you to guide people and making further research on internet .have a great day
