Hello I am in for the challenge!
I am currently at Day 3 and a half.
But this counts as day 0 for the challenge .

Day 1. Pretty gd day today as I was v busy so much distractions from the porn. Gotta keep it up!

 

Ugh. I gave in last night and PMO. I really wanted to coneplete the challenege by the end of this year.



I am goin to take a few days of rest till the end of the year. Not to say i’m going to PMO all the time but for me it takes a lot of mental energy to know i am doing the 7 day challenege. I really want to do it and I will be on the hall of fame soon, but i going to restart and recommit on Jan 1. Till then.... i’m going to do some research into some better methods i can do to beat this challenege on hard mode.

Day 3 begins today. came close to a relapse last night... Any inspiring words?

 

Day 4 for me. And finding it difficult right now to say no.

Fighting a mental battle at the moment. One half of me is saying no the other half is saying yes.

 

It's my day 0 and i'm taking baby steps by following this short term challenge
