17/21 My update.
In the morning I was at school. After class I was helping out a new student till late in the evenings, I arrived home exhausted I slept, then afterwards I woke up to do school work and then I read a book (fatherhood principals), and immediately after this I will recite the rosary and go to bed.

 

Day 7/21 complete.

 

Day 3/21.

Day 3 completed. Hope to God I can make it tomorrow..

Well written post. i can relate totally to what you’ve said. Isolation is tough & it’s not normal for humans to isolate themselves, we are social beings going back to caveman era.
I isolate due to depression and anxiety, which I see professionals for.
