Since this seems to be a pretty obscure forum, and i'm in quite a musical mood, I figured I'd make some music recommendations from what is on my playlist at the moment - and hopefully solicit some suggestions in return. I like to listen to everything, so i'll be adding quite random things - a lot tends to be folky/alternative.. (but I really do listen to almost every genre - nothing explicit will be added - I really just don't enjoy overly graphic music anyways) Ray LaMontagne; everything haha. all his music is pretty awesome, especially his acoustic recordings. Here is a very nice cover he did of Crazy by Gnarles Barkley: Because I'm Stupid - Kim Hyun Joong; This Korean TV show I was watching played this song, and it starts in Korean and then transitions into English; it's nice and soft and acoustic, kind of pop-ish. Like a Stone - Chris Cornell/Audioslave; so i'm sure this is a widely known song, but I just wanted to share - this acoustic is one of my favorite songs of all time. Tom Odell; he is just another brilliant one, most of his music deserves a good listen. He is a stunning live pianist, as well. This is his song "Wrong Crowd" for an acoustic session in Paris: I'll probably add some more later, but I don't want to overload. Also, if youtube links are frowned upon (I couldn't find anything about it) please let me know! i'm happy to take the links off. If no one is comfortable clicking, that's why I went ahead and posted the names/song titles. Enjoy! And post what music you like/listen to as well.
I really like the songs you posted! I've never heard of those bands, but I really enjoyed it. Thanks.
Vulfpeck Funk! Really good funk at that. Above and Beyond This is an album of them doing acoustic covers of a bunch of their EDM tracks. Absolutely incredible! Also, if you have Spotify I'd strongly recommend the Peaceful Piano playlist and the Swing Revival playlist. The former is fantastic for listening to while trying to work or study, and the latter is all fantastic swing music.
I looooooooove the Bach cello suites. I'm in the middle of learning the prelude to first suite on trombone at the moment.
I love classic music, and the instrument I wish to learn is the violin. This is one of my favorite songs with this instrument.
Look at that. The longer you keep rebooting the more photos like this you will be posting! Edit: Out of likes maxx'd at 50 or I would have liked it!
