Writing stuff down and reviewing it later can be a really helpful exercise. Start with these two questions: why do you want to stop watching porn? What kind of person would you like to be?
Set realistic goals for yourself, don't give up if you slip. Don't let other addictions take the place of porn. I wish I had started to reject porn when I was your age. The further you distance yourself from it in time the easier it will be to stay away from it.
Definitely prepare yourself for not just mental withdrawal, but also physical pains too. Devil comes at you from all angles with this addiction.

Hi @justdoitwey! So good of you to reach out to others for help! Wish I wasn't so withdrawn years ago and had done the same. One tip / thought I can offer you is to try to fill your life with things that glorify God and fulfill you as well! God has given us so much to live for and so many wonderful activities and things to do rather than being sucked into the temptation of porn. Focus on your talents and the things you really enjoy and use that to help others and encourage the people around you.
