i don't know what to do

    HI, new user here been on nofap since nov 25 and have already relapsed on 2 days (last friday and just now). The first relapse was after a 20 day streak which happened at night when i can't go out like always. I don't really have any friends, and approaching family members seems out of the question.

    the 2 questions i have is:
    1. Is this even doable alone or am i fighting a losing battle
    2. By pmo'ing these times to some particularly disgusting vids, have I erased all of my hard fought progress on a few moments of weakness?

    I am willing to accept any and all criticisms no matter how harsh they may be. You can't be harder on me than I am myself. Thank you in advance

    First of all, take a deep breath. To be blunt, this shit ain't easy or none of us would be here.

    Now, from what I have read, no you have no erased all the past progress, you made it to 20 days so it is possible.

    Trust me I know exactly what you are going through. I am soooooo tempted to peek, but I know the "wtf was I thinking" feeling and the down on myself is not what I want.

    Hang in there man, you can do it.

    Yes, this is doable, and you are not alone. There are thousands here facing the same thing. Get up, dust yourself off, and move on with your life without porn. You haven't erased all your progress. Don't binge. Start another streak, and stay strong. You got this.

    Hi.

    Everytime I have urges, I come here in this forum at "sucess stories" section and read a topic. It helps me a lot, filling me up with strength. It calms me down and I can keep going. I also have a journal, since I can't talk about this to my family, having a journal in this forum is a good way to bring out my feelings and frustrations. But the thing is: never give up, you haven't erased your efforts, don't get away from this path even if you relapse. C'mon man you can do this! I wish you well.
