    Today marks my 32nd day without P&M. It’s been a tough time, I’ve had relationship issues and family issues, but everyday that pasts I feel that little bit better each day and the fog is lifting which is helping see everything in a positive light.

    I literally just came to nofap (no pun intended) and I'm ready to go at this! Also hope that you can overcome the urge and build a good relationship
