    This was close to close. I am so proud of myself for stopping...I was picturing things in my mind that I probably shouldn't during my reboot...felt like I was gonna go over the edge, but reminded myself I'm to far into nofap. Then I regained self control and thankfully didn't relapse.

    had the same happen to me today also, extremely strong urges. i took a cold shower, meditated, did some exercise. it finally slowed down am grateful for that

    I too have moments of, man I sure would like to look, but then I remembered er how bad I feel afterwards. Its tough here at the beginning.
