Reached one week without PMO for the first time

    Hello Nofap Community,

    I am 24 from India.

    First of all, I would like to thank this community and YBOP for all the information and knowledge about nofap. I created my account to post about my first small win.

    I have been trying to achieve one week streak since the last one year. I have failed consistently. I have binged many times after streaks of 2-5 days.

    I am proud to say that yesterday was the 7th day since I last PMO'ed.

    Today is 8th day and going on strong.......

    My aim for starting nofap is self-improvement. I am aiming for better life.

    I am looking at nofap hardmode as a catalyst for attaining my goals.

    Just in 7 days, I could observe increase in my energy levels. I could feel brain fog being lifted as well.

    I believe that 90 days would be the optimum time for me to experience full benefits of nofap.

    Thats amazing bro. I'm 23, from India too.

    It's good to see our countrymen on the right path :p

    I'm also doing nofap for self-improvement.

    I'm on day 20, with some strong urges today :/

    I hope you make it to 90 days!

    congrats for your first week......first two weeks are the hardest...tough it out and slowly your urges will become weaker and more easier to fight them away

    I am 24 and from India as well. Welcome to nofap.

    Congrats on completing 9 days... Remember this day becoz this is the first day of the rest of your life, rest of your life without addiction.

    Let me tell you that the journey is going to be hard....But the effort will be worth it.
    So, just dont give up..The longer the streak, the faster you heal...Always remember that.
