Day 5 Feel like the challenge curve just stepped up a notch, which means there's more to be gained by matching it.
Day 15 Caught myself waking up and fantasizing but after that it has been a good day. Need to get up right away and not hit the snooze button.
Days 2 and 3 completed! One thing I've learnt is to just decide to go bed when you feel tired unless you really need to be up for something, Can easily get caught out there and end up relapsing! Well Day 4 is ahead

Day 7. Woke up last night and started with porn images in my head. Felt a bit like a panic attack. Did some deep breathing and things calmed down. Eventually went back to sleep. General feeling like - is it that important that I actually go without images of naked girls?
