[30-CHALLENGE] THE THIRTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 3/30. Nothing unusual happen

 

Day 19 done! Today has been quite a good day, no urges and I've managed to resist wasting too much time on my phone/laptop. Day 20 is in sight and soon so will be the end of the challenge!

Day 9:
I got a bit more bad thoughts today but still manageable.
I spent most of my day in the city shooting photos so the cold of winter and my hobby kept my mind busy.

 

Relapse... I didn't even touch myself. Just indulged in a thought for a moment. Boom: 0/30. :-(

 

Day 10/30. A third!

 

Day 2/30. Things getting better. No urges. All it's flowing. Hanging around with friends and laughing a lot with my bf.

16 days down. It looks like my marriage is going to split & I won’t have contact with my 18 month old son as much.
The split is more about my mental illness and how hard it can be on partners and loved ones close to you. Pmo hasn’t helped one bit with depression and anxiety. I’m doing my best to be free from the dark side of pmo addiction!
