Wasted 2 hours of my life

    Just wasted 2 more hours of my life on porn. Its a saturday night and i am 23 years old and i am STILL wasting all my free time on this filthy addiction

    Somehow i have become more addicted than when i started nofap again back in may. I started back on nofap with 41 days. After i broke that streak i had a 30 day one, then 25. Then 17 then 11. And now i cant make it past a week. And i have discovered new ugly genres to keep me company.

    How am i getting worse guys? I feel like i have exhausted every single AP i have had and i have gotten all the same answers over and over again and i feel like i will never be able to quit...

    2. What would you do if you found out you were going to die tomorrow?

    I've posted this elsewhere but I'm posting it again in case it helps you.

    I don't know if this applies to you, but it applies to me: when I think about what day I'm on too much I tend to eventually get over-confident and think I'm winning the battle with PMO or something. Then I'm prone to relapsing.

    On my current streak I'm not thinking about the days much. I'm trying to only think about the number of figures, for example 10 days means double figures, 100 days means triple figures etc.

    And I'm not thinking of this as a battle to win or anything, I'm just staying away from danger (anything that could lead to PMO like P subs etc.) and trying to take care of myself and my moods (with my moods this can be like a full-time job lol)
