So... Failed the 14 Day challange at day 11 and after that, the 180 at day 9. Now im on day 2. Need some succes. The reason for not doing this short challange was that i might relapse after 7 days... Whats ur guys take on that? Im in btw
6/7 im lovin it....i have new found energy & motivation. i really didnt think the benefits of NoFap was legit or wud even cum this fast but im truely uh believer....thanks guys for this program & ur support ..thanks
Day 3: had a lot of urges today but managed to resist. I had the option to work from home today and I foolishly took it. Since I was at home pretty much the entire day, I felt like mastrubating whenever I saw my bed. I guess getting out of the house helps.
Made it five days. I'm dreading the weekend- it's so hard not being around people. I guess I can't let myself rely on being distracted indefinitely, I need to face and address my problems eventually
