    When I started NoFap 30 days ago, I promised myself a month and I am happy to report I was successful in making it PMO free for the 30 days. I also told myself that I would allow myself to jerk off in celebration. So here I sit, 30 days under my belt, free and clear, with my own permission in place. Hmmmmm no desire to either watch porn or jerk off. This after over 50 years of multiple times a day. WTF! Maybe I have flat lined, maybe tomorrow will be different, but today I am calling this a success! Thanks NoFap!
