So I was dreaming I was having sex last night and then I felt myself about to orgasm and this is when I realized it was a dream but let myself continue to have sex and achieve the orgasm in my dream but there was no touching involved and I woke up with a mess in my boxers. Was this a reset a relapse ?? Did I mess up??? What do you guys think ?? Is it okay or should I even be worried ? I want to add that I don’t feel too different at all but I don’t know.

  2. I've never heard anyone say that wet dreams count as PMO.. I don't think this one does either.

Relapsing means deliberately falling back into your old bad habits. You’re good because you weren’t fully conscious, so it doesn’t count. Don’t worry about it!

I'd say these feelings are fairly normal. Because of nofap you probably have a negative association in general of orgasming alone, whether you chose to or not. I would say don't view it as a relapse, certainly not a full relapse. The guilt/anxiety will pass a lot quicker than a true relapse and all the changes you've made over the last 268 days won't have gone away from one wet dream, lucid or not! Keep moving forwards! :)

Have had almost the exact same thing happen to me before. Don't worry about it it's natural for your body to do this and you were so against PMO that your brain nearly pulled you out of your dream
