DAY 42. NEED ADVICE

    Hello friends!! first two weeks of my nofap journey was awesome. I was always full of energy, full of motivation, full of urges, focus was damn high, concentration power was at peak. As the weeks pass there is sharp decline in my motivation, productivity level and urges. Feels Like i have no libido at all. I had only semi erections in last 4 weeks that is too not frequent. In short currently i have only physical energy left (during my fap days i was generally tired) as benefits. My brainfog is less but its still there. Can anyone tell me what is this period and is this the end of journey?

    What's up _amar_. This is called the "Flatline" and it will pass, don't worry—just stay strong! I recommend reading NoFap's article on rebooting, as it will inform you more about this.

    I think the brain fog may be a different issue. How often do you look at a screen every day?

    I believe you are just having withdrawals without the usual routine you go with...I believe it is a phase and it will pass eventually .

    i guess 2 hours roughly daily and that too not at a single sitting

    Exercise and meditation will kill that low-mood within 2 days. BET on it! Do any form of cardio exercise for ~20 mins a day and 10 mins of meditation anytime after that in the day. These 30 mins will make your day! Good luck brother!

    I dont think so....at this time extra efforts are needed. Body goes to an extent to get back that oxytocin craving inside the brain. It tempts you . Don't be fooled...one must be always be alert. But really, that's a really long time. best of luck

    Great that’s actually really good! Try to not do any more than that, and take frequent breaks, especially to go outside and/or talk to others.
